Refund Policy
We accept returns on every order we ship.
Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The return request must be sent to customer.care@wholesalenijas.com within that window. Requests received after day 30 cannot be processed.
What qualifies for a return
Both defective and non-defective returns are accepted:
- Defective or damaged on arrival β items received broken, expired, materially mis-manifested, or otherwise outside our 95% product guarantee.
- Non-defective (change of mind, market fit, etc.) β accepted at our discretion when the load is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping
- Defective loads: we pay return shipping. We will issue a freight call tag (or reimburse your forwarder's invoice) for the return leg.
- Non-defective loads: the buyer pays return shipping. International buyers ship the load back to our US warehouse at their own expense (or via their freight forwarder).
Restocking fee
- Defective returns: no restocking fee.
- Non-defective returns: a 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund. The fee covers re-inspection, re-manifesting and re-listing of the returned load.
Refund timing
Once the returned load arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Wire-transfer refunds may take an additional 3β7 business days to clear.
How to start a return
Email customer.care@wholesalenijas.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For defective loads, please include photos of the affected items where possible. Our team responds within 1 business day in any of the six languages we support.
