Air freight is available for smaller box lots but rarely cost-effective for full pallets. Customs and duties at Lagos
Nigerian customs (NCS) typically assesses 5-20% duty on used and overstock goods depending on category, plus 7.5% VAT on the duty-inclusive value. SONCAP (Standards Organisation of Nigeria Conformity Assessment Programme) certification is required for many product categories — cosmetics, electronics, and personal care frequently need pre-shipment inspection.
